Design and implement HR operating models and organizational structures. Improve HR process efficiency and advise organizations on a range of people-related challenges, with a focus on change management. Drive large scale change strategies, organizational design and HR organization transformation. Support engagement activities from planning through to implementation, including identifying and helping manage potential issues and risks during client assignments. Prepare proposals and deliver presentations for potential clients. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Management Information Systems (business perspective), or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Management Information Systems (business perspective), or related field and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have 4 years of experience with large-scale HR projects in one or any combination of the following: while at a professional services and/or consulting firm; AND/OR as an in-house HR manager. Must have 3 years of experience with at least two of the following: change management, organizational design, HR operating and delivery models, or HR process efficiency and processes. Must have 1 year of experience contributing to client pursuits by preparing proposals, including presentations. Must have 1 year of experience supervising teams of professional employees. Travel required up to 50%, of which 10% may be international, to serve client needs. The base salary for this job is $156,645.00 per year. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
