Vocational Counselor – York, PA

As a Vocational Counselor, you’ll connect people with potential to employers with opportunity while making a real impact throughout the York community.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, resourceful, and motivated to help others succeed.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Comfortable working in a field-based/community setting .
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with current insurance.
- Ability to complete required background and drug screenings.
Experience in the following is a plus:
- Vocational rehabilitation
- Employment services or job coaching
- Workforce development
- Human or disability services
- Case management
- Working with veterans or individuals with disabilities
