Peer Outreach Manager Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services throughout Arizona, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia. Job Summary The Peer Outreach Manager will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of outreach activities at the Peer Operated Center for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and Stimulant Use Disorder (STUD). This role is central to connecting individuals and families to behavioral health services, supporting peer‑led recovery efforts, and ensuring program deliverables are met in alignment with grant requirements. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree or higher preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an outreach, peer support, or behavioral health services role. Minimum of two (2) years of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders. Experience supervising or coordinating peer support staff is preferred. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $31/HR – $35/HR (rate depends on location, education, and experience).
