Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, subsequently developing customized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health issues, helping clients build a sense of community and shared experience.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coherent patient care based on holistic assessments.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients during mental health emergencies, demonstrating sound judgment and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT , LPC , or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment strategies.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy, with a focus on diverse patient populations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• Sound ethical judgment and commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.
\n
• Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfortability with technology for telehealth.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, candidates with specialized training or expertise in specific therapeutic approaches, such as trauma-informed care or family systems therapy, will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n
