Diesel Mechanic

Tropical Cheese Ind. located in Perth Amboy NJ, is looking for a Diesel Mechanic.

This position reports to Repair Shop Manager.

This is a hands-on Truck Mechanic.

Work hours, Monday – Friday, with OT work on weekends when needed.

Compliance with all PM programs and repairs
Repair Diesel trucks
Min. 2 years of hands-on, diesel truck maintenance experience.
Experience repairing Thermo-King type truck refrigeration systems
Bilingual: English / Spanish preferred
Commercial driver license CDL A required
Some Team Lead experience over Jr. Mechanics preferred
Knowledge of Freightliners a plus
