Agency Support Advisor – Customer Care & Service
Full-Time or Part-Time | Cal Kiburz State Farm

We are looking for a warm, friendly, dependable, and professional Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, creating a welcoming environment, and keeping an office organized and running smoothly.

As the first person many of our customers interact with, the Receptionist plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience. You will greet customers as they enter the office, answer incoming phone calls, direct customers to the appropriate team member, assist with basic customer service needs, and provide administrative support to the team.

What You’ll Do

• Warmly greet and welcome customers as they enter the office
• Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner
• Determine the reason for a customer's call or visit and connect them with the appropriate team member
• Assist customers with basic questions and simple service requests when appropriate
• Take accurate and detailed messages and ensure they reach the appropriate team member
• Help maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized front-office environment
• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks
• Help organize and maintain customer documents and office records
• Provide general office and clerical support to team members
• Assist with scheduling and other routine office needs
• Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information professionally
• Manage multiple tasks and interruptions while remaining friendly, patient, and organized
• Work collaboratively with the entire team to support the day-to-day needs of the agency

Previous Experience

Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic, excellent people skills, dependability, and a willingness to learn.
