Forklift Operator -1st Shift

Logistics Loader/Warehouse PersonUtz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and are currently recruiting for a Logistics Loader/Warehouse Person to join our team of manufacturing professionals in Tolleson, AZ for 1st Shift.As a Logistics Loader/Warehouse Person this candidate receives shipping manifest and pulls product in proper rotation order while maximizing cube of trailer. This position works Monday-Friday, 6:00AM - 2:00PM.ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload products from trucks and containers using manual labor, pallet jacks, or forklifts.Organize products in the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and easy access for order fulfillment.Verify product quantities and ensure accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the Lead or Supervisor.Prepare products for shipping, ensuring items are securely loaded onto delivery trucks according to safety protocols.Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers.Assist in inventory management by performing cycle counts and other stock-related duties.RequirementsPrior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.Recent forklift operating experience and ability to be certified day one of employment is required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.Strong attention to detail to ensure the accurate handling and shipping of products.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.External Recruitment ProcessEasy Application (5 mins): Introduce yourself and answer a few key questions to get started.Engaging Chat Interview (20-25 mins): Share your experiences in an online chat, highlighting how your values align with ours.Live Interview: Selected candidates will meet with the hiring manager to explore their alignment with the team and overall Utz company culture.Continuously Pursuing Excellence!Here at Utz, we have a passion for exciting and delighting consumers with delicious snack foods made from high quality ingredients.
