Medical Assistant – Outpatient Neurology (Phoenix, AZ) A busy, well-established outpatient Neurology & Sleep Medicine clinic in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support both adult and pediatric patients. Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred. Position Overview Full-time, permanent role 4-day workweek (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri – 10-hour days) Fast-paced neurology setting Strong EMR and patient-flow skills required Responsibilities Room patients, take vitals, assist with neuro visits Support providers with exams, procedures, and documentationManage scheduling, follow-ups, referrals, and prior auths Maintain exam rooms and ensure smooth clinic operations Requirements 1+ year MA experience required (specialty or primary care preferred) Spanish bilingual strongly preferred Comfortable with adult + pediatric patients Reliable, professional, and patient-focused Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate (DOE) Full benefits package Paid vacation Health premium payment Malpractice coverage 401(k) after 3 years #J-18808-Ljbffr
