BMWC is an industrial construction company seeking an individual that enjoys doing a variety of tasks, but will primarily focus on processing of accounts payable, subcontractor invoices, posting purchasing card activity, and various job costing duties. This position is located in Lebanon, IN RESPONSIBILITIES Code, verify/match, and process accounts payable invoices for job BMWC’s work in Lebanon, IN. Assist construction team and accounts payable team with quantity and value disputes with vendors. Reconcile vendor and subcontractor statements, as necessary. Compile packing slips, delivery tickets, invoices, and purchase orders for the billing team. Propose purchase order adjustments to purchasers should they be required. Assist project team in tracking commitments with vendors. Assist project team in tracking vendor rental arrangements. Perform cost transfer adjustments as needed. Communicate and work with vendors regarding payment status and missing invoices. Index required documentation in shared drives and in ERP as necessary. Assist the construction team with any vendor related reporting requirements. Ensure data retention and information systems are updated and maintained appropriately within defined protocols and standards. Assist construction team with other accounting-based needs.
