Guava is hiring its first in-house Recruiter & HR Manager, based out of our Los Angeles office. This is a recruiting-first role - your primary focus will be building out Guava’s revenue organization by sourcing, evaluating, and closing top talent for roles across sales, customer success, and field engineering. As we grow and bring more people on board, you will also serve as Guava’s lead HR presence - owning onboarding, building out people policies, and ensuring every new hire has a great #J-18808-Ljbffr Guava
