Summary DLA Piper is seeking a mid-level associate to join its finance group, structured finance subgroup. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of structured finance, securitization and/CLO experience. This position is open to our New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago or Washington, DC offices. Minimum Education JD Certifications Admission in the bar for the jurisdiction in which you are applying. Minimum Years Of Experience Minimum 4 years of structured finance, securitization and/or CLO experience. Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm preferred. Physical Demands Sedentary work: This is primarily sedentary work, requiring occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. Pay Transparency The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000 per year depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
