Global Creative Director

Farmasi is a fast-growing global beauty and wellness company operating across North America, Latin America, Europe, and other international markets. The Role We are seeking a visionary Global Creative Director to define, elevate, and unify the visual expression of the Farmasi brand worldwide. This leader will be responsible for translating Farmasi's brand strategy, product stories, and corporate narrative into compelling visual experiences across every consumer and distributor touchpoint. Working in close partnership with the VP of Global Marketing Brand Strategy, this role will shape how the brand looks, feels, and comes to life across global markets. The ideal candidate would be more than a designer. We're looking for a creative leader who understands how to transform a brand strategy into a world-class visual experience. In this role, you are expected to bring consistency, beauty, and meaning to every touchpoint while inspiring teams across markets to create exceptional work. At Farmasi, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future visual identity of a growing global beauty brand. What You'll Do Lead Farmasi's Global Visual Identity Own and evolve Farmasi's global visual identity and creative standards. Ensure a consistent and premium brand experience across all customer and distributor touch points. Develop and maintain global brand guidelines and creative governance processes. Continuously elevate Farmasi's visual positioning as a modern, innovative beauty and wellness brand. Lead a creative direction for product packaging across all categories. Partner with Product Development and Marketing teams to translate product strategy into compelling visual solutions. Ensure packaging architecture and design systems are globally consistent while supporting innovation and growth. Lead Digital Brand Experiences Oversee visual direction across websites, landing pages, email marketing, social media, and digital campaigns. Ensure all digital experiences reflect Farmasi's brand positioning and storytelling strategy. Drive consistency between content, design, user experience, and brand expression. Own Major Brand Experiences & Events Provide creative leadership for conventions, incentive trips, leadership events, and recognition programs. Oversee event themes, stage design, presentation design, environmental graphics, and attendee experiences. Ensure all events reinforce Farmasi's brand story and strategic priorities. Lead Photography, Video & Content Production Direct brand photography and video productions. Establish consistent visual aesthetic across campaigns, product launches, social content, and corporate communications. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external creative partners to deliver world-class creative work. Build One Global Creative Team Lead and connect designers across multiple international markets as one unified global creative organization. Establish best practices, workflows, and resource-sharing models across regions. Develop creative talent and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Basic Qualifications 10+ years experience in creative leadership, brand design and/or creative direction. Experience within beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, consumer products and/or direct selling industries is strongly preferred. Strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in brand identity, packaging, digital experiences, campaigns, and visual storytelling. Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams across multiple markets. Strong understanding of branding, design systems, photography, content creation, and customer experience.
