Display expertise in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume, and bolster our employer brand online presence across various platforms. Strategic Sourcing: Utilize both traditional and innovative sourcing techniques, exploring avenues such as online research, networking, employee referrals, and attendance at career and industry events to scout the best talent. Craft and execute compelling SMS and email campaigns, employing direct outreach to capture the attention and interest of potential candidates. HR Technology Proficiency: Seamlessly integrate HR tech platforms like Workday and Phenom CRM into daily tasks, along with adept use of Microsoft Office Suite applications for efficient communication and operations. Qualifications Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience 4-6 years Talent acquisition or related H.R. or business experience. Required 1-3 years Experience in full-cycle recruitment, either in an agency or in-house setting. Required Communication skills: Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, fostering meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
