• Pay Rate: $25.00-$28.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Summary

This is an onsite role based in McPherson, KS (preferred) or Inver Grove Heights, MN, working Monday through Friday. The Marketing Coordinator will support billing, collections, customer service, and month-end processes within an agribusiness cooperative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve residual road and rail ticket discrepancies, collaborating with the Energy Billing team to process corrections.
• Handle return load memos, support the Collections team with invoice-related questions, and coordinate with the Credit team as needed.
• Maintain and update customer information in SAP , work within TMS (Truck Transportation System), and resend invoices and agreements when necessary.
• Manage customer service emails in the shared inbox and partner with sales representatives to address ticket posting issues.
• Perform month-end responsibilities, including closing expired contracts and pulling reports such as the trucked coke report.

Required Skills

• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Experience working within a TMS (Truck Transportation System) or similar platform
• Ability to investigate and resolve billing or ticket discrepancies
• Strong customer service and email communication skills
• Ability to manage shared inbox and coordinate with multiple internal teams
• Familiarity with invoice processing and collections support
• Month-end reporting and contract management capabilities

• The McPherson, KS location is the preferred placement for this role; Inver Grove Heights, MN (IGH) is a secondary option.
• Candidates local to McPherson, KS are strongly preferred.
• The McPherson location requires that the candidate's drug test and background check be run through DISA.
