Program Supervisor - Outpatient Behavioral Health SAGE Counseling is actively looking for a Full‑Time Program Supervisor to assist clinical staff in our Outpatient program. This role provides orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and support to Outpatient Clinicians. Location: Greater Phoenix area. Your office will be determined based on your city within Maricopa County. Direct service work: 20–25%. The position includes supervised clinical experience required for independent licensure; individual clinical supervision is provided.
