Associate Attorney

The selected attorney-candidate will be mentored by experienced and well-regarded attorneys, practice in a “client-centric” law firm, and get rewarded well for all of it, including a path to partnership. The position requires exceptional oral and written communication skills, motivation to be all-in as a top-notch trial attorney, with high emotional intelligence. Candidates will have excellent organizational and time management skills, a strong work ethic that is client-focused, team-oriented, and driven by a passion for advocacy.

*This attorney has actively practiced law in Washington State for the past 3-10 years*, with personal injury litigation experience, and an interest in applying those skills to seek justice and fairness for clients. Trial attorneys are preferred and those currently working as insurance defense attorneys are encouraged to apply. Base salary is $110,000.00 or higher, depending upon experience, plus a generous bonus structure and full benefits that include, health, dental, vision, 401K and a robust PTO policy.
