Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend | Holidays as Needed | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with primary cardiac diagnoses including Heart Failure, NSTEMI, Acute Coronary Syndrome, and Arrhythmias
• Monitor and manage patients with secondary respiratory conditions such as COPD, Pneumonia, and Respiratory Failure
• Perform and interpret cardiac telemetry monitoring as part of routine patient assessment
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
• Float to other campus locations as needed
• Complete unit-based orientation modules as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Cardiac telemetry experience required
• EPIC electronic health record experience required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for patients with Congestive Heart Failure, rule-out Myocardial Infarction, and Acute Coronary Syndrome
• Familiarity with respiratory patient management including COPD and Pneumonia
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
