Senior Global Payroll & Benefits Manager

Egen is seeking a Senior Specialist/Manager, Payroll & Benefits to own and modernize our end-to-end global payroll, health and welfare benefits programs, and HRIS operations. You will lead total rewards across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K./EU, with support from two India-based team members, ensuring accuracy, cross-border compliance, and a great employee experience. You will manage payroll platforms (Paychex, Payworks, Remote.com), lead Open Enrollment, administer benefits, and partner with #J-18808-Ljbffr Egen
