Reporting to communications leadership in New York, the Social Media Manager will own and execute the firm’s complete social media function, driving both day-to-day postings and long-term digital strategy. In this hands-on, high-impact role, you will conceptualize, draft, and publish compelling content across social channels to support business development, recruiting, employee engagement, and brand reputation goals. Working closely with graphic design, PR, and practice-focused business development teams, you will establish best-in-class posting workflows, deliver rigorous quality assurance, track performance metrics, and advise internal stakeholders and partners on digital engagement best practices.

The ideal candidate is a creative, meticulous digital strategist with social media and digital communications experience within the legal or professional services sector. You possess exceptional copy-editing skills, a sharp eye for design, and deep technical knowledge of social media analytics, digital platforms, and emerging communications tools. Adept at prioritizing competing demands under tight deadlines, you bring strong project management abilities, commercial judgment, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to building and elevating a global brand’s social media presence.
