You will own the strategy and the craft: planning what we say and where, then creating the short-form videos that bring it to life, for both organic and paid, from A to Z. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who lives on social, spots trends before they peak, and can take an idea from a first hook to a published video on their own. On your day to day you will: Establish social media strategies for various Wix products across short form video platforms - TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.Build and manage content calendars, balancing always-on organic content with campaign, launch and product momentsCreate short-form video content from A to Z: concepting, scripting, shooting, editing, captioning and publishing, for both organic and paid useDevelop platform-native content that fits the nuances of each channel and each brand's voice and audiencePartner with the paid media team to produce, test and iterate on social ad creative, including hooks, formats and variationsMonitor trends, memes, sounds and formats, and turn them into timely content that feels native and freshTrack performance across channels, report on results and use insights to optimize content, formats and posting strategyUse AI and automation tools to speed up ideation, production and editing, and experiment with new workflowsQualifications1-2 years of experience in social media, content creation or a similar role (agency, in-house at a tech/AI brand or personal brand experience all count)Proven ability to create short-form video end to end, with a portfolio or sample videos that show your workHands-on editing skills with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similarHands-on experience with Ai video creation tools, like Higgsfield, Weavy or similarA fresh perspective on social and an intuitive grasp of trends, formats, creators and culture across TikTok, Instagram and beyondNatural instinct for strong hooks, storytelling and what makes people stop scrollingUnderstanding of content strategy and planning, including calendars, platform best practices and audience insightsFamiliarity with paid social creative and what makes an ad perform, or strong curiosity to learn fastStrong writing skills and a clear, clever tone of voiceAnalytical mindset: comfortable reading metrics and adapting based on performanceSelf-starter who ships consistently, takes initiative and thrives in a fast-moving environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent English (written and spoken)SummaryType: Full-timeFunction: OtherExperience level: Mid-Senior LevelIndustry: Internet
