Maintenance Director - Nursing Home

Maintenance DirectorWe are seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance operations of our nursing home facility. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance, repair, and safety to ensure a clean, functional, and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.Responsibilities:Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staffDevelop and implement preventative maintenance programsEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and health regulationsCoordinate with outside vendors for repairs and inspectionsMaintain accurate maintenance records and reportsRespond promptly to maintenance requests and emergenciesQualifications:Proven experience in building maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environmentStrong leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenanceAbility to prioritize tasks and work independentlyUnderstanding of regulatory requirements in a long-term care setting is a plusBenefits: Health, dental, vision, and more.Equal Opportunity Employer
