Patient EscortPrimary Vascular Care is currently seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Patient Escorts.Primary Vascular Care is a specialized vascular group dedicated exclusively to serving the long-term care space. We bring a clinic-like experience—providing advanced vascular care—directly into nursing homes.Job Overview:As a Patient Escort, you will be responsible for transporting patients from a Nursing home to our facility, ensuring safe and comfortable movement between various locations.
