Employment Litigation Associate

Job Overview
A law firm seeks an attorney to join its Labor and Employment practice group in Orlando, FL. The successful candidate will manage complex employment matters across various industries, demonstrating strong litigation, research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Duties
Manage a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution. Communicate directly with clients and provide regular case updates. Take and defend depositions. Participate in investigations, NLRB appearances, motion practice, and trials.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in employment litigation, professional liability, and/or homeowners associations (HOA). Admitted to practice in Florida. Experience handling litigation in federal and state courts.
Education
JD degree with excellent academic credentials.
Certifications
Admitted to practice law in Florida.
Skills
Strong litigation, research, writing, and advocacy skills.
