Creative Director

Creative Director Seeking a Creative Director to define and champion the brand's creative vision across all customer touchpoints. Reporting directly to the Founder, this leader will guide the creative team, establish a stronger point of view for the brand, and elevate creative output across campaigns, content, photography, digital, social, and retail experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and own the overarching creative vision and brand direction. Partner closely with the Founder to evolve the brand's identity and storytelling. Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team, including the Managing Art Director, designers, and photographer. Drive concept development for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. Ensure consistency and excellence across all visual and creative executions. Introduce fresh perspectives, trend awareness, and innovative creative thinking. Balance high-level brand strategy with hands-on creative leadership and feedback. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, and leadership teams. Ideal Candidate Profile Experienced creative leader with a strong fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brand background. Proven ability to establish a distinctive brand point of view and creative vision. Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building, campaign development, and visual storytelling. Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary creative teams. Comfortable working directly with founders and executive leadership. Strategic thinker who can elevate the brand while maintaining commercial effectiveness. Willing to travel regularly to Utah and build strong relationships with the in-house team.
