Partnership Manager, Government

Thomson Reuters Special Services (TRSS) seeks a dynamic, results-driven Partnership Manager to cultivate existing partnerships and identify new alliances that drive business opportunities in the government sector. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong negotiation skills and a passion for growing within partnership and alliance management. About the Role Develop and expand partnerships to increase revenue and market reach in the government sector Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within and outside the current customer base Lead negotiations on partnership and reselling contracts ensuring mutually beneficial terms Collaborate with Business Development, Strategy, Partner Marketing, and Product teams Conduct market and competitor analysis on industry trends Provide partner enablement training and support on company value propositions Manage partnership pipelines and performance metrics through regular reviews Create proposals and presentations for government RFIs/RFPs Understand government contracting mechanisms, compliance requirements, and contracting vehicles About You Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Partner Management, or Alliance Development, preferably within the government contracting space Bachelor's degree required Proven success negotiating and closing partnership agreements Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of government contract procurement processes Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. National Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required Preferred Qualifications Experience with federal government partner ecosystems Familiarity with government contracting vehicles (GWACs, BPAs, IDIQs)Existing relationships within the federal partner community What's in it For You?
