Custodian

Facilities Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

- Preforms routine and preventative maintenance as needed

- Monitor and prioritize assigned work orders to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to the learning environments

- Maintain records and document repairs as required

- Maintain all safety and code requirements set by the state, locally and by the district

- Cleaning duties must be performed as necessary

- Complete all safety training that is required annually

- Participate in meetings, workshops, trainings, and seminars, as assigned for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform job functions

- The ability to perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities (or designee in his/her absence)

Reports to: Building Principal

Pay Rate: Commensurate with experience

Benefits: Full benefit package
