_ Focus Workforce Management _ is now interviewing candidates for Onsite Coordinator to oversee our Jacksonville, FL location. Ideal candidates would have experience with full-cycle recruiting, client relations and/or team management.

** RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: **
- Design and implement effective recruiting/interviewing strategies
- Onboard new employees ensuring compliance to screening/policy needs
- Train new employees to properly perform warehouse duties
- Act as a point of contact and deliver on client needs
- Manage team of recruiters and onsite support
- Oversee management of HR duties (payroll, injuries, incidents, etc)
- Assist with production floor needs
** REQUIRED SKILLS INCLUDE: **
- Ability to maintain poise in challenging situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and text documents
- Passion for superior internal and external customer service
- Ability to multitask
- Strong sense of urgency
- Friendly and outgoing personality
