Job Description:


- Become a vital part of a community-focused healthcare team in the picturesque Dalles, Oregon!
- Empower patients with personal nursing care under the guidance of a licensed RN.
- Engage in meaningful work by assisting with activities of daily living that include:
- Supporting nutrition and hydration needs
- Assisting with personal care, bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Helping with positioning devices and restraints as required
- Monitor patient health by taking vital signs, such as pulse and blood pressure.
- Provide valuable insights to the RN by reporting on patient status and concerns.
- Keep the unit organized and efficient through excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Perform a variety of clerical duties, including routing patient reports appropriately.
- Embrace other job-related tasks as assigned, contributing positively to our team!

Requirements:


- High School Education/GED or equivalent (Preferred)
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (Required)
- At least two years of recent experience in the field
- Current nursing license per the state of assignment
