What will you do? Perform scheduled fryer oil changes, filtration, replenishment, and quality monitoring Experience in commercial kitchen operations or maintenance preferred Clean fryer wells, baskets, crumb trays, and surrounding equipment areas Ensure fryers and kitchen equipment are operating safely, efficiently, and as intended after maintenance Monitor kitchen equipment for signs of malfunction or wear and communicate issues to culinary leadership Maintain equipment and work areas in compliance with cleanliness, safety, health department, and EcoSure standards Support health inspection readiness through routine equipment checks, sanitation, and upkeep More about you Must be at least 18 years old. Experience in commercial kitchen operations or maintenance preferred Basic understanding of fryer systems and kitchen equipment Strong awareness of food safety and sanitation practices Time management and organization skills Ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively with a team-oriented mindset No degree required Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Shift details Days Evenings Holidays M-F Weekends Events #J-18808-Ljbffr
