Overview Line Cook – Pay range: $14.32 to $17.30 per hour. Red Robin isn’t your typical burger restaurant. We’re a team filled with energy, personality, and a passion for having fun. You will be preparing food the Red Robin way, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals (meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients). You will help keep guests worry-free by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. In addition to base pay you will receive a free meal each shift. Must be 17 or older. Responsibilities Prepare food using Red Robin methods (cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying) for a variety of dishes. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety and quality. Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to deliver consistent menu items. Support other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation. Adhere to shift duties and restaurant policies to provide a positive guest experience.
