We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Specialist to craft compelling content, manage our social channels, build an active community, and analyze performance to refine our overall digital strategy.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will…

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Create engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.).
• Plan and schedule posts for various platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Engage with followers and build relationships.
• Moderate user-generated content.
• Manage and optimize social media profiles and pages.
• Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Analyze social media data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Track the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

As a Social Media Specialist, you need…

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating engaging content and interacting with audiences.
• Ability to develop creative and compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple social media platforms and tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices.
