Together, we're improving health and improving lives.LabCorp is seeking a Service Representative/Courier to join our team in Wichita, KS.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 1:00PM - 9:30PMJob Responsibilities:Load all necessary suppliers needed for the daily pickupsComplete daily pick up schedule in a timely mannerDeliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shiftHandle all specimens and lab samples in a safe and efficient mannerSafely operate a company vehicle and obey all traffic lawsUtilize handheld electronic device to manage daily picks upWork directly with the dispatcher for additional pick-ups as neededEvaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as neededMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent1 year or more of experience as a courierPreferred Qualifications:1 year or more of driver/courier experience1 year or more of customer service experienceAdditional Job Standards:Have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving recordBe at least 21 years' oldVery punctual with strong time management skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to problem solve customer issuesAble to lift up to 50 lbs.At Labcorp we have a passion in helping people live happy and healthy lives. In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
