Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and integrated care
  • Educate Clients and Families: Provide insights to patients and caregivers regarding therapy strategies that facilitate ongoing improvement at home
  • Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment approaches as necessary to keep patients on track
Education Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
  • Ongoing education or postgraduate certifications are encouraged and supported
Licensure and Certifications
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
