Global Partner Incentive Strategist - AI Co-Sell

AWS Partner Organization is seeking a Sr. WW Partner Business Development Manager to join the Partner Acceleration Initiatives team in Seattle. You will own portfolio incentive mechanisms, from SPIF proposals to experiments, driving co-sell between AWS sellers and partners.
You will lead end-to-end lifecycle, define earning logic and funding models, and coordinate approvals across finance, legal, and sales compensation, measuring impact globally.
