Analyst HR Technology

Position: Analyst HR Technology Compensation: $ 95,000 - 100,000 annually, depending on experience Location: Houston, Texas Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Analyst HR Technology to join their team! You'll be responsible for shaping and optimizing their HR technology platform, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This position is open due to the need for someone with a strong background in Workday configurations. Key Responsibilities & Duties Configure learning and benefits modules within Workday Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields Collaborate on system upgrades and enhancements Ensure data integrity and support integrations Work closely with HR leaders and technical teams Provide guidance as a Workday subject matter expert Improve workflows and solve complex problems Document and configure business processes Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience 3+ years of HR Systems experience or 5+ years of functional HR experience 2+ years of Workday configuration and development experience Advanced Workday training (BIRT, Studio, Report Writer, Calculated Fields) Strong technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills Nice To Have Skills & Experience Advanced Excel skills (formulas, macros, pivot tables) Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills Perks & Benefits This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package - details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
