Senior HRIS Analyst

Focused on optimizing HR systems, the full-time remote Senior HRIS Analyst will manage the design and integration of People systems, ensuring data integrity and automating workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities: Serve as the technical owner and subject matter expert for the HR systems stack, translating processes into robust architectural designs Design and improve workflows for various People Ops processes, including onboarding, payroll, and compliance reporting Own the integration layer between HR tools and external vendors, ensuring seamless data movement and monitoring for issues Required qualifications: 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience Deep hands-on experience in HR information systems configuration and administration Proficiency in Atlassian/Jira for project management and workflow automation Advanced data skills, including high-level proficiency in Excel/Sheets and reporting tools Experience with AI and automation tools to enhance operational workflows
