Warehouse Supervisor

Compensation: $85,000 - $97,000 Base Salary + 7% Bonus Eligibility Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Lead, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety. Support workforce planning, scheduling, and operational decision-making to meet service and performance goals. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, warehouse procedures, and company policies. Utilize warehouse management systems, ERP platforms, and productivity metrics to improve operational efficiency. Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and personnel development activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 3+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations. Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse environment. Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations. Proven experience interviewing, training, coaching, evaluating employees, and making personnel recommendations. Knowledge of food safety practices, warehouse systems, productivity measures, and material-handling equipment. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to learn and utilize ERP, warehouse management, and other business systems. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. Experience operating a Hostler. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on safety, service, and operational excellence.
