Senior Tax Associate

What You'll Do Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns Collaborate with partners and managers on high-impact engagements Stay current on tax law changes and contribute to firm-wide knowledge sharing What We're Looking For CPA or Enrolled Agent (or active CPA candidate) 2+ years of recent public accounting experience as a tax senior or EA Strong technical (tax) knowledge and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Current Enrolled Agent Above-market salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance, free and low cost options 401(k) with full match 15 days of PTO + 12 paid holidays which includes the Week of July 4th off Up to $4,000 toward CPA exam prep and exam fees, plus coaching support Business development and referral incentives What's Different Here Full week off for July 4th Leadership that is accessible and involved in your development A team environment where expectations are clear and reasonable A defined path to Manager and Partner, not just "we'll see".
