Work Environment\n

This role is primarily focused on providing telehealth services, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home or preferred environment. You will maintain a structured work schedule from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., facilitating therapy sessions that balance accessibility with therapeutic effectiveness. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose client conditions promptly.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, and monitor progress through ongoing documentation as mandated by company policy.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 client sessions per week, ensuring high-quality therapeutic services that foster recovery and resilience.

• Provide engaging and creative interventions during therapy sessions to help clients meet and exceed their therapeutic goals.

• Prepare and maintain detailed session documentation, including treatment progress notes and updated treatment plans, to ensure compliance with all agency protocols.

• Collaborate effectively with families, case managers, medical personnel, and school staff to coordinate holistic care and optimal treatment strategies.

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service, building and maintaining rapport with clients to support their mental health journey.

Your work at Wellmore Health will involve providing support to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, families, and couples. You will utilize your expertise in family therapy to address a range of issues, from relationship conflicts to behavioral challenges, ensuring that each client receives compassionate and individualized care tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• The candidate must hold an active and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• A proven ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries while fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Experience and knowledge in community resources and the ability to navigate them for client benefit are highly desirable.

• Must successfully pass a background check prior to employment.
