We are looking for a reliable and team-oriented Assistant Chef to support our kitchen operations and help provide high-quality meals in a safe and efficient environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in cleanliness, teamwork, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef with daily food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing fruit
• Support meal preparation and kitchen setup throughout the day
• Wash dishes, utensils, and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Help with organizing kitchen supplies and maintaining inventory levels
• Ensure all food is prepared and stored according to regulations and standards
• Step in to support the kitchen team wherever needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, carry, and move kitchen items as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active kitchen environment

• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently
• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices preferred
