Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Schedule appointments and manage the dentist's calendar effectively.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services.
• Verify patient insurance and process billing accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with patient records management and data entry.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Promote a positive patient experience through excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; dental office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Friendly demeanor and a passion for patient care.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes.
