About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for People Experience Analytics to lead the development and delivery of actionable workforce insights and data-driven recommendations. The successful candidate will be a strategic subject matter expert, providing executive reporting that supports various aspects of the business, including talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, and sustainability initiatives. This role requires a deep analytical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to break down complex analytics into meaningful insights. The Executive Director will also be responsible for leading people analytics initiatives, reporting modernization efforts, and leveraging AI and emerging technologies to streamline reporting and accelerate workforce decision-making. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in people analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Technical expertise in HR systems, people analytics platforms, and business intelligence tools is essential. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in scaling people analytics capabilities, influencing with data-driven insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize outcomes. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and collaborative, with the ability to balance long-term vision and operational execution in a dynamic environment.
