Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Atlanta, GA (Must be local; No Relocation) Pay: $28-30/hr US Citizens/GC Holders Only Must have 3+ years of Recruiting experience in conjuction with a highly-regulated industry knowledge (insurance, finance). Responsibilities: Serve as a primary recruitment operations partner supporting Talent Acquisition and hiring teams across NorthAmerica. Lead end-to-end interview coordination for high-volume, specialized, and leadership-level hiring across multiple business functions. Manage complex scheduling logistics involving candidates, hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional interview teams. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle by providing timely communication and white-glove support. Support recruiters with sourcing activities, candidate pipeline management, requisition management, interview processes, offer administration, and hiring workflow coordination. Provide HR administrative support to all Recruiters in North America. Coordinate all pre-employment and onboarding activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service-level expectations. Manage onboarding documentation, background screenings, and employment verification processes while monitoring completion and resolving potential delays. Partner with HR, hiring managers, technology teams, facilities and operational stakeholders to facilitate seamless new hire integration. Track onboarding metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate satisfaction. Own and maintain Talent Acquisition reporting, dashboards, and recruitment metrics, providing insights to recruiters and leadership. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement. Develop and distribute regular reports including requisition status updates, interview activity, time-to-fill metrics, new hire tracking, and onboarding performance. Conduct routine audits of job postings, requisitions, workflows, candidate records, and recruiting data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, optimize, and digitalize recruiting processes. Support recruitment marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, job boards, talent communities, and employer branding campaigns. Coordinate employee referral program administration, reporting, and process improvements. Partner with recruiters on talent pipeline development and candidate engagement activities. Manage invoice processing and vendor coordination for recruiting-related services including background screening, relocation, agency partnerships, recruitment marketing, and outplacement services. Support Talent Acquisition projects, process improvement initiatives, and organizational hiring priorities. Qualifications: 5+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR coordination, or recruitment support experience. Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple searches, stakeholders, and competing priorities simultaneously. Strong experience with interview scheduling, candidate management, onboarding, background checks, reporting, and recruiting systems administration. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as Workday. Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports, dashboards, audits, and process metrics. Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Strong organizational and project management capabilities. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across a team environment. Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and execute solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
