Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Location: This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in the Atlanta metropolitan area, offering a collaborative office environment where attorneys work closely together to prepare cases, develop strategy, and deliver exceptional trial advocacy.

Note: Candidates must have an active Georgia Bar license and 2+ years of directly relevant civil litigation experience. Attorneys from plaintiff-side, insurance defense, in-house, or solo practice backgrounds will be considered if they possess strong litigation experience.

Job Description

• Handle civil litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury, employment, civil rights, and related matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Participate in mediations, settlement conferences, hearings, and trials.
• Prepare witnesses and exhibits for trial.
• Maintain compassionate and responsive communication with clients.
• Negotiate with insurance companies, employers, and opposing counsel.
• Manage deadlines and independently handle active case files.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in personal injury, employment law, civil rights, or related litigation.
• Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines.
• Trial, hearing, deposition, or mediation experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
