We're Hiring | Database Administrator (Full-Time) Location: Hybrid - Downers Grove, IL Employment Type: Full-Time Are you an experienced Database Administrator with expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Azure Cloud technologies? Key Responsibilities Administer and support Microsoft SQL Server environments (On-Prem & Azure) Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance and availability Manage SQL Server backups, transaction logs, recovery, and disaster recovery processes Support Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and cloud data warehouse solutions Lead database upgrades, patching, deployments, and CI/CD implementations Performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization using advanced T-SQL Maintain database security, governance, and high availability standards Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams on modernization initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 4+ years of SQL Server Database Administration experience (SQL Server 2008-2019) 4+ years of experience with Azure-based database and data warehouse solutions Strong experience with SSRS, SSIS, SSAS Advanced T-SQL programming and performance tuning expertise Experience with indexing strategies, query optimization, and database architecture Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and CI/CD pipelines preferred Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills What You'll Get Hybrid work environment Competitive salary Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Azure and SQL Server environments Career growth with one of the nation's leading transportation technology companies #J-18808-Ljbffr US staffing Inc
