What you will do:

• Manage a portfolio of complex accounts and drive sales growth through proactive engagement.
• Upsell and cross-sell electrical products and value-added services.
• Develop strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company targets.
• Collaborate with outside sales and marketing teams to align goals and strategies.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive pricing, and product innovations.
• Report on customer feedback and market insights to management.
• Mentor junior sales staff and support team development.
• Lead initiatives to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 45 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in electrical distribution or construction.
• Strong knowledge of sales administration and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience handling complex accounts and closing high-value deals.
• CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce)
• Lead generation and pipeline management
• Time management and multitasking
• Technical understanding of electrical products
• Strategic thinking and adaptability

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Required to sit, speak, hear, read, type use close and distance vision. This position works in a normal office environment, with standard office equipment. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. while working in the office.

Location: Fresno, Central Valley Work hours: 7:00 am 4:00 pm Salary Range: This is a non-exempt position and pays between $30.14 $41.21 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within Hawaii. The actual range of the role may differ based on the location of the role.
