Job Overview A law firm seeks a senior-level tax credit finance associate or counsel to join its Tax Credit Finance team in Atlanta, GA. This role involves working on historic and new markets tax credits, with opportunities to manage transactions from structuring to negotiation. Duties Lead or assist in the initial structuring of tax credit transactions. Review financial projections and negotiate business and legal issues. Draft, review, and negotiate tax equity and loan documents. Conduct necessary due diligence and manage projects. Requirements 7+ years of relevant law firm experience in tax credit finance. Proficiency in handling all facets of tax credit transactions. Education J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant state.
