Part-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Oasis Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide one-on-one rehabilitation services at Charleston House Senior Living in Beaver Dam and Eden Vista Madison in Madison, Wisconsin.

Available employment options:

Part-Time

EMR: Net Health

Responsibilities

Provide treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Follow treatment plans addressing mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and transfers.
Monitor residents' responses and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, safe mobility, and fall prevention.
Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

Active and current Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant license.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current CPR certification.
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Geriatric, assisted living, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between Beaver Dam and Madison.
