Presently we are seeking a guest-centric, outgoing Assistant Bakery Manager (Events Supervisor) to join our flagship property and help continue our growth and success.Comp & Sweet Position Perks:Pay rate: $21-23/hr + percentage of sales on all food and beverages sold at an event that you execute in CookieLab/The Space.$25.00 per month cellphone data plan stipend.Excellent comprehensive benefits coverage that includes medical, dental, vision & pet insurance plans.401K with contribution match.2 weeks paid vacation, 2 Insomnia Personal Days of Wellness paid, paid sick leave.Enrollment in our Cookie College learning/training platform.Free cookies, awesome swag and so much more!Job Duties & Position Focus:Head Supervisor for all events that are held at The Space and conduct weekly event space showings to potential clients looking to book it out.Lead CookieLab and Wharton St store's success as the Manager-on-Duty during scheduled days when General Manager is not present.Hire, train, develop, and retain great talent.Drive B2B and community sales opportunities.Support General Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.Maintain organization of all equipment, freezers, prep areas, and dry storage.What we seek:2+ years of restaurant and/or retail management experience1+ year of experience as a restaurant or store trainer1 year of prior experience with managing an event spaceExperience leading a team of 20+ employeesStrong Customer Service skill set and experienceExcellent organizational and time managementAbility to work evening shifts and weekendsAbility to hold team members accountable while fostering growthExperience in cultivating a people centric sales cultureProficiency in computer skills including e-mail, Word, Excel, etcAbout us:Insomnia Cookies was founded in a college dorm room by then-student, Seth Berkowitz.
