Evening Psychiatric Counselor - Crisis Care & Groups

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Psychiatric Counselor for full-time evening shifts (3pm-11:30pm) with rotating weekends in Winfield, IL. The role supports the mission and works within a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct psychiatric care. Responsibilities include intake assessments, Master Treatment Plan development, group facilitation across age ranges, ADL assistance, and safety reporting to the Charge Nurse.
